Absolutely! In fact, we have never met some of our clients face to face because they are based in other states or countries. We have technology that makes you feel like we are working right out of your home or office even though we may be miles away. We never skip a beat!
Where is Top Hat Concierge and its parent company Personaddity Communications, LLC located?
We operate from our two offices in Georgia, (Atlanta and Kennesaw).We serve an international clientele.
What type of clients do you work with?
In short, we work with anyone who needs help maintaining and growing their business. Most of our clients are small business owners with a small staff, solo-entrepreneurs, or professional specialists. This includes real estate agents, artists, corporate executives, restaurant owners, doctors, lawyers, insurance agents, personal trainers, business coaches, non-profit organizations, retail stores, authors, e-commerce store owners, software developers, administrative assistants who need extra support, financial planners, etc.

What happens if I go over the hours included in my package?
You are able to track time via our Concierge Console project management system. If you are approaching maximum hours, your Chief Concierge (aka main point of contact) will send you a note. If you run out of hours you can choose to either move up to the next plan for that month, or be billed hourly. Many times it is cheaper just to slide up to a larger plan for that month. Or, if you would like, we can pause work until your hours renew the next month.
Can my virtual assistant handle inbound/outbound calls?
Yes, we can make calls to the USA and Canada in addition receiving calls from most countries.
We can also act as your virtual receptionist and answer incoming calls on behalf your business, saving you the cost of hiring a full time receptionist. To get a dedicated business line for your business, like a 1-800# in your business name that we answer, you can either pay an additional $30/month or dedicate one service hour per month to cover the cost of your virtual phone line and voicemail.
Any time we spend on the phone on your behalf is deducted from your monthly hours. In the case you do not want a dedicated business line; we will just make calls on your behalf from one of our telephone numbers or a line you dedicate for us to use. If you need us to reach other countries besides the USA and Canada ask about our low rates.
What does my service not include?
While we have you covered with most business tasks, we will only perform services that we deem ethical and within our realm of expertise. Also, our services do not cover supplies i.e. actual printing of flyers, the actual cost of flowers we order on your behalf, your hotel reservation fees, etc. We do have low rates through a discount network and can bill you for those items separately if you would like. We do not store your credit card number, and will send you an estimate for approval in each of these instances.
Do hours rollover?
In order to make sure that all clients can receive prompt and dedicated services, hours do not rollover monthly. We divide our time so that all clients can receive the same quality service.
It is our goal to always protect your information and we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
How do I get started?
Just pick and purchase a plan. After paying for your plan we will match you with a Chief Concierge (think of them as your go-to person). It typically takes about 3 business days for this to get setup, and then you can start delegating!
